A: Inquiry--Price Quoted--Order Confirmed--Deposit Paid--Mass Production Started--Balance Payment Paid--Delivery.
3. Can you offer TEMPLATES for designing? What kinds of format accepted?
A: Yes, the templates of cards and packaging will sent if need, generally AI, PDF, CDR, PSD source files with 300 dpi is available.
4. Can you help us with the game cards DESIGN?
A: Yes we will assist and help you to finish the custom design logo for cards back side and box, including Ace, Jack, Queen, King and Jokers after all detail requirements well noted.
5. What's your minimum order quantity? Can I make cards under your MOQ?
A: Our moq order is 1,000 decks for plastic playing cards, please check with us if less quantity required.
6. How to summit designing FILES for you to print game cards?
A: Files uploaded on Dropbox.com, wetransfer.com and drive.google.com are okay for us.
7. Which PAYMENT methods accepted?
A: Generally T/T wire transfer, Paypal, Western Union suggested.
Now credit card, E-checking, L/C, DA, DP are acceptable here.
8. Can you help to SHIP the game cards goods door to door?
A: Yes, we will help you with the shippment by sea or by air to your address with door to door.
The door to door ocean shippment suggested for heavy bulk playing cards orders.
9. Can I get game cards SAMPLES? Any cost need or not?
A: Yes, samples order are warm welcomed.
Factory similar stock samples 1-3 decks are for free with freight paid only, please check with us about the sample cost if custom samples need.

A: Plastic playing cards lead time takes 2-5 days longer than paper playing cards, generally 7-15 days need for the cards decks manufacture after artwork approval and deposit received.
