| You could uploading the files on Dropbox com, wetransfer. com and drive google .com then share the link with us. |
| 2. What is your payment term and payment method? |
| Payment term: 30 deposit before production, 70% balance payment before shipment. Payment method: T/T, PayPal, Credit Card ( VISA, Mastercard ) and E-checking. |
| 3. What is your production lead time? |
| 15-18 days ( after confirming your artwork and receiving your deposit). |
| 4.What file format should I send? |
| PDF or Al at least 300dpi and with stran sferable curve |
| 5.What is the delivery time? |
| According to the order quantity.Basically from 10days to 30days |
| 6.Do you accept small orders? |
| Yes. But Custom designs will high cost than big orders. Let's start to discuss the details one by one. |
